How to reduce hemorrhoids QUICKLY and effectively?
Hemorrhoids or piles are inflamed or swollen veins in the
lower rectum and anus. Hemorrhoids are generally the result of putting too
much strain during a bowel movement. Increased pressure in these veins may
be the reason why you have developed hemorrhoids during pregnancy. You may
have internal hemorrhoids or you may have external hemorrhoids. Many

your hemorrhoids. By avoiding constipation, you will be able to reduce the
pressure on your rectum, which in turn will further reduce discomfort,
swelling, and bleeding. It is possible to use stool softeners to prevent
flare-ups, but once you have hemorrhoids, even runny stools can lead to
infection and inflammation of the anus. Do not sit for long hours at a time or
try to sit on a rubber or air donut. Be sure to stay active and exercise
regularly to relieve constipation and improve blood circulation. Be sure
to have a bowel movement as soon as the urge arises. Delaying will put
pressure on the hemorrhoidal veins and may even cause constipation. Try
over-the-counter ointments, creams, and suppositories to relieve
pain. Remember, they won't cure your hemorrhoids, but they will numb the
area, which decreases swelling and inflammation.
